Main technical performance

The hydraulic system of this hydraulic vise has a rated flow rate of 114 liters per minute and a maximum working pressure of 16.3 MPa, and is equipped with a 40 kW electric drive motor. The working pressure of the pneumatic system ranges from 0.5 to 1.0 MPa, which meets different operational requirements.

Operating Precautions

When using the hydraulic tongs, make sure that the size of the tong head pallet matches the size of the drill pipe joint. During the process of moving the large pliers to the wellhead, the air valve should be avoided to close to the bottom at one time, in order to prevent the rapid movement of the pliers from causing impact. In addition, it is prohibited to lift the drilling tool until the male clasp has been fully rotated out of the female clasp and the large jaws have been loosened from the drilling tool. When deactivating the vise, it is necessary to restore all liquid and gas valves to the zero position, close the vise gas line valve, and follow the operating mnemonic of the up and down buckles for proper operation.
